Pets get into things that are bad for them, and owners don’t know what to do. They need a quick, effective way to track down what they got into, and ascertain next best steps.
The innovative SAAS company, Avver.ai has created a subscription-based hiring service, offering artificial intelligence (AI) interviewers. The AI conducts interviews with potential candidates instead of actual people–without the interviewees knowing that they’re talking to a machine.
Target Audience
Avver.ai is a B2B company targeting primarily mid-sized companies or startups that are growing rapidly and are struggling to keep up with hiring demands. The point of contact at these companies are usually hiring managers or HR professionals. Some tech affinity is needed in order to use Avver.ai’s self-service, customized platform. Tech companies seem more interested to sign up, although they’re inclusive to all industries and hiring needs.
Mission & Vision
Interviewing candidates is a lengthy and tiring process for interviewers. Most of the time, candidates never receive the attention and unbiased environment they deserve. With Avver.ai, we’re on a mission to provide a seamless and effortless experience for hiring companies, and a fair, unbiased interview experience for candidates. The AI is built to ask strategic questions and provide company information without judgment of the candidate’s superficial information such as gender, age, race, ethnicity, or religion. Avver.ai is the first fully automated AI software to conduct 1:1 interviews with candidates, and evaluate them during the conversation. It’s also the first software that can strategize the order of questions based on the candidates’ responses–all while also answering questions that the candidates have.
The Challenge:
Avver.ai was running as a beta version for 2 years to solidify their technology and the founders just secured a large round of funding. They are now set to grow their company and get their brand out into the world. They are re-doing their visual branding, their communications and are scaling up their marketing and advertising efforts. A big focus for this revamp is on explaining how their AI does it’s magic and how their services work.
